Course Policies

 Registration & Cancellation Policies

  1. Register online or by calling 480-688-8435. If applicable, please make sure you have completed the application form prior to registration. Space is limited. Your non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before starts date.
  2. Course fees include all materials, instruction, hands-on training, and Certificate of Completion when requirements are met.
  3. If you cancel your registration more than 2 weeks prior to the start date, we will refund your fee less a $25 processing fee or move your fee to a different class at no charge. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the class, you may transfer your fee to another class of your choice for a $25 rescheduling fee or forfeit your fee. If you cancel the same day as the class, you forfeit your fee.
  4. A Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants upon successful course completion.
  5. 100% attendance is required in order to receive a Certificate of Completion. Please arrive on time & attend all sessions.
  6. In the event that you have to miss class, you may schedule private coaching to make up the class for a fee of $25.00/ hr.
