Join us for this very gentle, all-levels practice which combines deep breathing, guided visualization, and relaxing postures to bring restored energy and serenity to your body and mind. Class will conclude with the soothing frequencies of Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls and chimes. All you need is some space and a yoga mat!
If you plan on practicing regularly, you may decide to invest in some props (as your budget allows):
– A couple of yoga blocks
– A yoga strap
-A blanket or towel
– And perhaps a pillow or two
