My love for yoga and meditation began over 20 years ago.

The gentle practice of movement combined with simple breathing techniques has helped me heal chronic pain, increase balance, strength, and flexibility, and alleviate stress and anxiety.

It has literally transformed my life… mind, body & soul.

My daily practice continues to reinforce my belief in the healing powers of yoga and meditation and fuels my desire to help others find the same healing through their own practice.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey with yoga or have been practicing for a while, I am here to guide you toward inner peace and well-being.
