Our Spring Beach Retreat is an intimate experience created for women who are ready to slow down, recharge, and remember what it feels like to feel truly alive.

Over four unforgettable days, you’ll be surrounded by the healing rhythm of the ocean while experiencing movement, mindfulness, meaningful connection, and deep restoration.

Whether you’ve been carrying stress, navigating a new season of life, or simply longing to put yourself first for a change, this retreat was created for you.

Investment

Your investment is $444 per person.

This intimate retreat is intentionally limited to just seven women, allowing for a deeply personal experience where everyone is seen, supported, and connected. Unlike larger retreats, our small group creates space for meaningful conversations, individualized attention, and genuine friendships that often continue long after the retreat ends.

Our beautiful beachfront home is designed to bring women together in a warm, welcoming environment. Accommodations include thoughtfully appointed shared bedrooms with one roommate and inviting common spaces where we can gather, relax, share meals, watch the sunset, and simply enjoy being together.

There is something truly special about sharing a home with like-minded women. Some of the most meaningful moments happen between the scheduled sessions—in the kitchen over morning coffee, on the patio listening to the waves, or in conversations that remind you you’re not alone.

Please note: Transportation to Puerto Peñasco, lunches, dinners, and optional excursions are not included. However, if you’re traveling from the Phoenix area, you’re welcome to join our retreat caravan and enjoy the drive with the group as we begin our experience together.

A non-refundable deposit of $222 is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive additional details to help you prepare for an unforgettable weekend of rest, renewal, and connection.

This was my first retreat, my first experience of a mini vacation with a group of ladies I did not know (except for 1). My first experience with singing bowls, my first in person yoga session. Needless to say when my sister (the one person I knew) asked me to join, I did so, but with some trepidation. It was her birthday weekend and I was going (or so I thought) to support her.
