This experiential class offers exploration of the many healing tools that connect the mind, body, and soul. During this INCREDIBLE three-part series, we will explore a variety of techniques where you will learn to develop a beneficial and lasting meditation practice that will ease stress and calm your inner world. You will be given many practical and effective methods that will benefit you for years to come.
Discover powerful practices that will alleviate stress, heal addictions, nurture health, break habits, and assist with pain management. Participants will develop a teaching portfolio that will enable them to assist others in finding inner peace. Participants who complete all 24 hours of training will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certification authenticates proof of your experience, which is beneficial for those that may be seeking your services.

Pre-registration is required. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and/ or blanket. All other supplies and hand-outs will be provided. This course is approved and accredited by NCBTMB and the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy for those seeking CEU’s.
