This snickerdoodle-inspired recipe takes everything we love about the buttery cinnamon cookies and delivers a healthy alternative that you can drink. It may not be a snickerdoodle cookie but it sure tastes like one. Plus, it’s SUPER simple to make. You are going to LOVE IT!

12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

(If you want to add a little more fat and an even creamier texture, consider adding a Tbsp. of coconut oil.)
