#1. Reading or listening to 10 min of personal growth every morning. Because of this simple daily discipline, I see the world differently than I ever have. I also throw in a short guided meditation (4-10 mins, depending on how much time I have), and I gotta tell ya … I’ve never had so much love in my heart and peace in my life. Simple, yet powerful!

#2. A daily 20-30 min sweat sesh. Everything from yoga and hiking to cardio, dancing and more! I feel stronger and have more energy at 46 than I ever did at 26.

#3. A balanced nutrition plan that nourishes my body. I used to think results only came from deprivation and cutting out entire food groups, but today I fuel my body with foods that I love and don’t ever deprive myself of anything.

#4. There is one more thing that’s IMPERATIVE to change….. a tribe! We all know accountability is everything and the ladies in our online community are amazing! Wanna join us? You can read more about our ONLINE COMMUNITY HERE.
