Inner Child Work: Uncover, heal and integrate healing of your inner child.
Tools and Rituals: Develop your spiritual "toolbox" and begin applying sacred practices to your daily life.
Intuitive Development: Tips and tools for not only identifying but FOLLOWING your intuition. You will also begin the journey of connecting to your higher self, angels and guides.
Clearing and Grounding: Essential energy work to help keep you grounded in your power at all times. Again, there is plenty of room for customization based on your specific needs. I love having structure with plenty of room to flow!
