1 tsp Hemp Seeds
3 c Almond Milk

Tangy Treat
1 c Orange juice
1 c Carrot juice
½ inch piece of Ginger root, peeled
1 tsp Tumeric powder

Sunshine Daydream
1 Banana – frozen
½ c Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
½ c Mango, fresh or frozen
1 tsp Maca powder
2 c Coconut water
Blend and Enjoy!
